For two decades, he contributed significantly to Gujarat Communications & Electronics Ltd., specializing in the development of diverse mechanical components such as sheet metal parts, machined components, castings, forgings, and plastic molded components. In 2001, he established Neeraj Exim Enterprises, which evolved into Neeraj Exim Engitech Pvt Ltd in 2023.
